Gui Terminals

Working under a graphical user interface allows to open a terminal (console). There are different terminals available for that and probably every desktop environment installs one.

lxterminal comes with LXDE but has no mouse support

xterm is the classic one for X11 it is rather ugly and ugly menu can be poped up using Ctrl Right-Mouse click

konsole comes with KDE but is suitable to be installed also in other desktop environments. It uses profiles to manage settings. Adding Activating Window Title Set by Shell: %w is recommended to get more information on running commands inside konsole as when under Gentoo emerging a lot.
